📝 Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties
This agreement is made between the Seller and the Buyer under the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered electronically from the Seller’s website by the Buyer.

Article 3 – Product Information and Delivery

• The main characteristics, prices, and payment terms of the products are displayed during the order process.

• Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging for the withdrawal right to apply.

Article 5 – Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
